Who We Are

here at Empower our staff and administration are caring, skilled, & prepared for anything. The Program Director here SARA SALEH has 7+ years of experience in Care & Human Services. She also has a Bachelors in Microbiology, and has done extensive research in Health and human services. she is trained and certified in CPR and first AID for adults and Children from the Red Cross, as is the Program Operator Youssef Saleh.

Youssef also has 5+ Years in Care and human services as well as a Bachelors in Design and certificates in Digital Fabrication, cultures and community, and certificate of Gerontology. Within his Design education Youssef has completed extensive research in Universal Design; researching, designing, and assembling products for individuals with arthritis and other physical disabilities such as a detachable mouse joystick to ease public computer use. our experience and expertise in Universal Design is being put to extensive use in designing the layout & general Design of our facility to ensure it is as homely and functional as possible.

Our staff are patient, empathetic and caring, and we highly prioritize the well-being of our participants. We want our environment to feel like home- ensuring that our participants feel respected, comfortable and in control regardless of their needs or level of care they require.
